  1. gorgeous cover, Jonathan! Such beautiful cclors, and a rich image of armor, for a beautiful book.

      • The image makes me think about so much in the book (which I’ve started to re-read) — the battles each character has, especially inward ones; the sense of having protective armor, and yet of figuring out when and how the armor can come off; of nobility too, and sturdiness. And of course this glinting, beautiful helmet is so different from the internet! — even as it also resembles the putting on and off of personae — on that flat screen that can both let one in and yet keep one out . . .
